The venue is suitable for event planners, businesses and private individuals looking for a place to host celebrations, conferences or social gatherings. The indoor area covers around 230 square metres and can be arranged with different seating layouts depending on the occasion, or set up as a relaxed lounge or standing party. The large windows make the space feel bright and open. Together with the terrace of around 120 square metres, there are various options for receptions, meals and outdoor breaks. Depending on the format and how the space is used, events can be planned for small groups as well as larger celebrations. The venue lists capacities of up to 120 seated guests and up to 240 people in total.
For talks and workshops, facilities include a permanently installed projector, a screen, microphones, flip charts and a presentation kit. Catering and service can also be arranged directly through Pe303. The team supports event planners in choosing the right format and catering. The central location makes it easy to get there by public transport or car. Parking is available in the Rheinauhafen underground car park. There is a dedicated package for wedding receptions, ranging from formal banquets to relaxed celebrations with a bar.
