Heart S Ranch

Heart S Ranch is a family-operated wedding and event venue set among the pastures and oak trees of Cottonwood, California. Its grounds combine manicured garden spaces with the character of a working ranch, offering a scenic setting for wedding ceremonies, receptions and photographs, as well as corporate parties, reunions and fundraisers.

Ceremonies can take place on the lawn beneath the trees, with several wedding arbour styles available. For receptions, a large white tent with window sidewalls provides a sheltered gathering space, while the adjoining patio offers room for a bar, a DJ and dancing. The tent can accommodate up to 300 guests, with tables and chairs provided for up to 250. Lighting across the tent, patio and grounds helps the celebration continue into the evening.

Venue hire includes access from Friday at midday until Sunday at midday, giving organisers time to prepare and enjoy their event without a rushed same-day set-up. Staff assist with setting up and taking down the venue's tables, chairs and décor, and remain on site for parking, general upkeep and practical support. Facilities include two air-conditioned dressing rooms, accessible toilets, a preparation kitchen for caterers, parking and on-property transport. Couples can also browse a selection of décor, signage and wooden bars available to borrow.

The venue hosts one wedding per weekend during its seasonal operating period, May to October, and is closed in July. Organisers can arrange a tour by appointment and ask the team about weekday, corporate, charitable and other event rates. Catering, DJ and bartending services are arranged separately, with the venue able to recommend local suppliers.
