In Bayonne, Amestoya offers two reception rooms for private and business events, in a setting overlooking the Adour. The spaces can host meetings, seminars, annual general meetings, opening ceremonies and company parties, as well as weddings, birthday parties and family gatherings. Rooms can be hired for a day, a weekend or as part of a package tailored to the event.

The two rooms have different capacities and facilities. Méharin can accommodate 30 to 250 people, depending on the layout, and has a fully equipped bar and a landscaped terrace. Elhina can host 70 to 400 people and also has a bar, a terrace and a space suitable for a catering service. The website states that Wi-Fi and private parking for 40 cars are available. Tables and chairs are available depending on the package.

To make event planning easier, Amestoya also offers additional services, including catering and decoration, and can help organisers choose options suited to their reception. Business packages can include furniture set-up, a coffee reception, refreshments and a meal. Audio-visual equipment may be available as an optional extra for meetings and seminars. Packages for private celebrations also include meal and decoration options. As the services and room layout can be adapted, organisers can request a quote tailored to their date, number of guests and preferred format.
