Westlands Entertainment Venue

Westlands Entertainment Venue offers flexible spaces in Yeovil for organisers planning meetings, conferences, private parties and corporate hospitality. Its range of rooms can accommodate an intimate gathering or training session, as well as larger conferences for up to 850 people. The venue also hosts celebrations and parties, with banquet-style functions for up to 350 guests and larger parties for up to 1,000.

The Ballroom, Wheeldon Suites, Parish Suite and Lounge Bar provide different settings for events, from formal presentations and training to receptions and social occasions. Rooms can be arranged to suit the event, with breakout and reception areas available. Organisers can also ask about projectors, screens, sound equipment and technical support, plus free Wi-Fi and stationery for meetings.

In-house catering options range from simple refreshments to buffets and more extensive menus. A dedicated member of staff supports organisers from the initial discussion through to the event, helping shape the arrangements around the occasion and budget. The venue is a short walk from Yeovil town centre and has on-site parking.

Accessibility varies between spaces. The Wheeldon Suites, Ballroom and Lounge Bar are accessible, while the Parish Suite is upstairs and has no lift access. Westlands also presents a programme of public shows, music, comedy and other events, but its hire facilities make it a practical choice for organisers seeking a venue for their own occasion.
