Okerhalle

Hauptstraße 20a, 38179 Schwülper, Germany

Okerhalle is a municipal event hall in Groß Schwülper. It serves as an event venue for clubs and groups and can also be hired at weekends for private celebrations. With around 330 seats, it provides space for larger gatherings, such as family celebrations, anniversaries or events organised by organisations and businesses.

There are various options to choose from when booking. Depending on the occasion, you can use the entire hall with the foyer, part of the venue or the foyer on its own. There is also a foyer tariff that does not include use of the kitchen. The municipality lists different fees for private and commercial use, each for one event day. This allows event planners to check in advance which combination of rooms suits their planned event and available budget.

Okerhalle is managed by the municipality of Schwülper. Questions about availability and hire can be addressed directly to the relevant contacts at the municipality. This makes the hall a practical option for organisers looking for a municipal venue in the area and wanting to organise their celebration or gathering themselves. Details about specific facilities, seating, decoration or catering should be agreed with the municipality when making an enquiry, so that the possible uses and terms for the chosen date can be confirmed.
