Woodside Lodge on Loch Goil

Set within a private estate on the shores of Loch Goil, Woodside Lodge offers a secluded setting for intimate weddings, elopements, corporate retreats and private gatherings. The grounds combine woodland, open space and lochside views, with the surrounding Highland landscape providing a striking backdrop for a small-scale celebration or a stay away with colleagues.

Wedding options are designed for couples planning a close-knit occasion. Packages cater for elopements and small weddings, with ceremonies available at the loch front, in a pavilion or inside the Victorian Greenhouse. The team can help shape the occasion, and wedding meals are prepared to suit guests' dietary needs. Couples can choose to stay in one of the estate's accommodation options, including Seal Cabin and Red Squirrel Cottage, making it possible to combine the ceremony with a private escape.

For work gatherings, the estate offers exclusive hire of individual properties or spaces for corporate retreats, meetings, team activities, celebrations and product launches. The team can help arrange catering and tailor activities, with options including boating, kayaking, fishing, archery and clay shooting. Smaller private celebrations and family gatherings can also be planned around a stay at the estate.

The main lodge is now a private residence, so event and accommodation enquiries focus on the bookable cottages, cabins and designated gathering spaces. Organisers can arrange a viewing by appointment, including a virtual show-round, and should contact the team to discuss availability, the right setting and the details of their plans.
