Empire Room

Empire Room is an event and wedding venue in Omaha's Midtown Crossing, offering an elegant setting for weddings, corporate functions and social celebrations. Its ballroom combines chandeliers, antique furnishings, a grand entrance stairway and a working fireplace, while a lounge and outdoor patio give organisers additional spaces for guests to mingle. The patio overlooks Turner Park and provides an open-air option alongside the indoor venue.

The space can host up to 500 guests for a cocktail-style gathering, with seating for around 300. It is suited to wedding ceremonies and receptions, as well as corporate galas, conferences, award dinners, fundraisers, holiday parties and other private events. Couples can arrange an indoor ceremony, cocktail hour and reception at the venue, with the team managing room transitions and venue-related logistics. The nearby park is also available as an outdoor ceremony setting.

Event bookings include practical support such as tables and chairs, set-up and pack-down, cleaning, security and an on-site venue manager. Corporate events can make use of Wi-Fi and audiovisual facilities, while bar packages and licensed bartenders are available. Catering is provided through partner caterers, with options ranging from plated meals to buffets. The venue team discusses the event brief with organisers, arranges a tour and prepares a tailored proposal, helping them plan the room layout and coordinate venue details. Its central location is close to hotels, restaurants and downtown attractions, which can be convenient for events with visiting guests.
