ARK: Creating Spaces

ARK: Creating Spaces helps event planners find distinctive places and turn them into settings for memorable occasions. The team works across venue sourcing and event delivery, supporting projects from the early creative brief through to production and completion. Its work includes weddings, brand and product launches, fashion shows, art exhibitions and live performances, as well as projects for clients in the creative industries.

Rather than limiting events to conventional halls, ARK seeks out unusual spaces and adapts them to suit the purpose and character of each gathering. Its location portfolio includes industrial settings such as Pages Walk in Bermondsey, a large warehouse space with flexible layouts and practical facilities for events and productions. Available features vary by location, and may include parking, vehicle access, daylight or blackout options, power, and support rooms.

For organisers seeking more than a space, ARK also offers event management and production support. The team can help shape a concept, secure a suitable venue, coordinate suppliers and deliver the practical build. Its production work covers design, construction, installation, lighting and sound, giving organisers a single point of contact for creative and technical elements. ARK also works with a network of suppliers and collaborators, drawing on them to meet each brief.

With experience across events, film and experiential projects, ARK is suited to organisers looking for flexible spaces and hands-on production help in London. Whether the brief is a launch, an exhibition or a private celebration, the team can help plan the setting and bring the event together.
