RWS Studios

RWS Studios provides bookable studio space in Long Island City, New York, for organisers and creative teams needing a practical setting for rehearsals, auditions, meetings, filming or other commercial projects. The studios range from large, open-plan rooms to smaller spaces suited to more focused sessions, so organisers can choose a room that fits the size and needs of their project.

Several of the larger studios have sprung dance floors, removable Marley surfaces and mirrored walls, making them suitable for dance rehearsals, movement work and theatre preparation. Some rooms are also aerial-rigged. Smaller studios offer a choice of hardwood or carpeted flooring, with portable mirrors available in one room. The large studios provide column-free floor space, giving groups room to move and arrange activities without fixed supports interrupting the layout.

The spaces can also be used for casting, shoots, meetings and event hosting. Their range of sizes makes them useful for everything from individual or small-group sessions to larger rehearsals and creative production work. Organisers can contact the studio team to check availability and discuss the right space for their booking. RWS Studios is part of RWS Global, a live entertainment and production business, and its New York studio facilities serve performers, production teams and external renters alike.
