Camp Bliss

Camp Bliss is a year-round retreat and private-rental destination in Walker, Minnesota, offering event organisers a peaceful lakeside setting among 48 acres of woodland. The grounds sit beside three lakes and include a dedicated events centre, along with several accommodation options for groups who want to stay on site.

The Lodge sleeps up to 23 guests and features a spacious great room, kitchen, lounges, fireplaces and accessible facilities. Bliss House accommodates up to 15, while the lakeside cabin and seasonal glamping cabins provide smaller-group options. These properties can suit corporate retreats, family reunions, celebrations and multi-day gatherings. Camp Bliss also promotes weddings and provides a setting for conferences and other special events. Events held on the property must be approved by management, so organisers should discuss their plans with the team before booking.

Accessibility is a key part of the venue's offer, with wheelchair-accessible facilities and accommodation designed to welcome guests with different needs. The woodland and lakeside surroundings offer space to relax and enjoy outdoor activities throughout the year, including canoeing, kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, hiking and snowshoeing. Indoor amenities vary by accommodation, with kitchens and Wi-Fi available in selected buildings.

Camp Bliss also runs mission-led retreats for veterans and people with disabilities. Private rentals help support this work, so organisers can book a distinctive setting while contributing to the property's wider community purpose. For event planners seeking overnight accommodation, outdoor recreation and flexible spaces in northern Minnesota, Camp Bliss offers several options to explore with its management team.
