Westport Bowery

Westport Bowery is a Kansas City event venue offering several rooms for organisers planning performances, celebrations, conferences and other gatherings. Its spaces include the main Westport Bowery room, the Sparkle Room and a smaller party room, giving planners options for different group sizes and event styles. The venue is located within the Westport Flea Market complex.

The flagship room is suited to live entertainment and staged events, with a raised stage, dressing room, bar and production support. Its technical facilities include stage lighting and lasers, PA systems, microphones, monitors, projection and screens. An AV engineer is available for events in the main room, and the venue also advertises multi-camera streaming and recording capabilities. The Sparkle Room offers a more intimate setting for private celebrations, small trade shows and live entertainment, with its own lighting, screens, projector and compact PA. The smaller party room is suitable for informal gatherings and watch parties.

Organisers can choose layouts to suit their event, with tables, chairs and tablecloths available in the rooms. The venue presents private parties, theatre, conferences, live bands and DJ-led events as possible uses. Bar service is available in the main room, and private bar and catering arrangements can be discussed for the Sparkle Room. With several spaces and a range of built-in production equipment, Westport Bowery can accommodate events that need anything from a simple gathering room to a stage-focused performance setting.
