Tavares Pavilion on the Lake

Tavares Pavilion on the Lake is a waterfront venue in Tavares, Florida, available for weddings, family celebrations, corporate functions and other special occasions. Its two-storey building brings together two grand ballrooms and meeting space, giving organisers options for both social gatherings and business events. The venue also has a 150-foot brick-paved pier, providing an outdoor setting beside Lake Dora for ceremonies, photographs or time with guests.

The two ballrooms can be arranged for different event layouts, and the venue provides tables and espresso-coloured Chiavari chairs as part of its rentals. Large windows look out towards the water, while the lakeside location offers a distinctive backdrop for receptions and celebrations. Couples planning a wedding can enquire about the venue's Simply Married option, as well as availability and wedding arrangements. The space is also promoted for corporate retreats and functions.

Organisers can review floor plans and seating information when considering how to use the rooms. Catering is arranged through the venue's selected catering partners, so planners can explore the listed providers and their menus when developing the food and drink plans. The pavilion publishes rental information and accepts bookings in advance, subject to availability. Its Tavares location is close to local restaurants and accommodation, while the surrounding waterfront area offers a scenic setting for guests. Event planners can contact the pavilion to discuss the occasion, check dates and arrange a visit.
