evaevent creates personalised food and wine experiences for private and business occasions. Its offerings include wine tastings, family celebrations and corporate events, planned to suit the clients' wishes. The focus is on wine and a relaxed atmosphere, rather than a fixed, off-the-shelf event programme.
Wine tastings are an opportunity to discover different wines in good company and explore your own preferences. If desired, these experiences can be combined with guided tours of the town or the vineyards. The offering also includes small and medium-sized family celebrations, as well as events for businesses. Wine and food pairings can be part of the event concept.
The services are not limited to a single venue. evaevent also offers wine and food experiences at a venue of your choice, supporting organisers who have already selected a suitable location. Personal consultation makes it possible to take the occasion, guests and schedule into account when planning.
With «Wein am See», evaevent also runs its own events in Großostheim. This recurring open-air format brings together wine, food and music, showcasing the team's experience in creating memorable food and wine experiences. For event planners looking for a wine tasting, a private celebration or a corporate event with a regional touch, evaevent offers suitable concepts and a dedicated personal contact.
