Expowal Event

Chicago Lane 9, 30539 Hannover, Germany

Expowal is a versatile event venue on the Expo grounds in Hannover. The striking architecture of the former Expo 2000 pavilion gives events a distinctive setting. Event organisers can book different areas individually or combine them, using the rooms to suit the occasion and the number of guests.

The spacious Eventebene is suitable for larger celebrations, galas, trade fairs, conferences, seminars, presentations and corporate events. The light-filled Seeebene has its own access to the terrace and is suitable, among other things, for receptions, wedding ceremonies, weddings and smaller events. An auditorium with a stage and seating is available for talks, concerts, film screenings and presentations. Additional meeting rooms can be used for workshops, meetings, rehearsals or as a backstage area. A streaming studio and outdoor areas such as the Seeterrasse and an amphitheatre are also part of the offering.

The rooms can be planned for different event formats and sizes. Depending on the area and seating arrangement, capacity ranges from small groups to several hundred guests. The Expowal team supports event organisers in selecting and preparing the right rooms. On request, services such as waiting staff, drinks service, catering, a stage, and sound and lighting technology can also be arranged. Catering is offered through the associated brand Berrymans.

Expowal is aimed at event organisers, companies and private individuals looking for a characterful venue for weddings, corporate celebrations, conferences or public events. The combination of several levels, adjoining rooms and outdoor spaces makes it possible to host both compact meetings and larger, individually designed events.
