Eden Regal Ballroom & Catering

Eden Regal Ballroom & Catering is a wedding and event venue in Hollywood, Florida, offering indoor and outdoor settings for celebrations, receptions and business functions. Its ballroom spaces can host events for groups of around 50 to 500 guests, with layouts suited to seated dinners, receptions, presentations and dancing. The venue also features a stage, dance floor, bar and a private bridal suite, with on-site parking for guests.

The team welcomes couples planning weddings across a range of traditions, as well as families organising Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, quinceañeras, Sweet Sixteens, graduations and other milestone occasions. Corporate organisers can enquire about holiday parties, fundraisers, award ceremonies, networking events and company gatherings. Venue tours are available by appointment, and event coordinators can help with practical arrangements and the details of the day.

Food is an important part of the offer. Eden prepares Glatt kosher menus under Orthodox Rabbinical Board supervision, with choices influenced by international, Latin, Caribbean, Mediterranean and Jewish cuisines. Depending on the event, meals can be served as plated dinners, buffets, themed stations or cocktail reception selections. Menu customisation, tastings and options for a range of dietary needs are available.

For events hosted elsewhere, Eden also provides off-premises catering across Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties. This service can include food, equipment, staffing and setup at the organiser's chosen location. The business additionally offers event décor and styling, including centrepieces and ceremony arrangements. Organisers can contact the team to discuss their event, request a tailored proposal or arrange a venue tour.
