Prismeo LAB is a venue in Hamburg's HafenCity that can be booked by the day. It offers nine rooms across around 512 square metres for workshops, team off-sites, meetings, seminars and business events. The rooms can be used individually or combined to suit the schedule of an event day. Smaller groups can use focused workspaces, while the showroom and theatre provide space for presentations, talks and shared programme sessions. In total, events for up to 60 people can be hosted.
The facilities include presentation and AV equipment, stage lighting, cameras and equipment for podcasts, video recordings and live streaming. Companies can create content in the studio and prepare hybrid events. If requested, the on-site team can help with technology, scheduling and the event programme, so event planners and participants can focus on the content.
The in-house Hongkong Kitchen provides catering for workshops and events. Options include vegetarian meals, snacks, shared meals and culinary team activities. This means work sessions, presentations and breaks can all take place on site, without groups needing to move between different venues. The entire LAB can be booked exclusively for larger teams of 25 people or more. Smaller groups can combine suitable rooms.
The venue is aimed primarily at companies, teams, trainers, coaches and agencies looking for the right setting for focused work, collaboration or content production. Thanks to its central location in HafenCity, Prismeo is accessible by public transport and car. There is no accommodation on site, but hotels are located nearby.
