Ironwood Golf Course Clubhouse

Ironwood Golf Course Clubhouse offers a welcoming, practical setting for organisers planning private celebrations and smaller gatherings in Normal, Illinois. The banquet room can accommodate up to 100 people and is available for occasions such as wedding receptions, birthday parties, showers, holiday events and meetings. An outdoor patio can also be used when the weather allows, giving guests the option to spend some of the event outside.

The space is rented by the hour, with a three-hour minimum, and organisers should arrange a booking directly with the clubhouse. A signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit are required to secure a reservation. The venue has tables in a range of shapes and sizes, and there is no additional charge for time spent setting up or decorating. Tablecloths are not provided, so planners should account for those separately if needed.

Food may be brought in, as the clubhouse does not provide catering. Alcohol is handled differently: only beer and wine are permitted, and these must be purchased through Ironwood. Requests involving alcohol need to be submitted in advance. This arrangement gives organisers room to plan their own food while keeping drinks within the venue's stated requirements.

As part of the Ironwood Golf Course facility, the clubhouse is also connected with golf outings. Course staff can help coordinate tournament details, including set-up, scoring and golf cart staging, and groups can make use of the driving range. This makes the location a useful option for planners considering a gathering alongside a golf activity.
