Vogtlandhalle Greiz offers event planners versatile spaces for cultural, business and public events. The centrepiece is the Großer Saal, which can be used for conferences, meetings, trade fairs, shows and concerts, depending on the seating arrangement. With theatre-style seating, it accommodates several hundred guests, while events without seating can host up to 1,200 people. A large stage, movable tiered seating and adjustable acoustics offer a range of options for stage programmes and presentations.

For smaller events, the Studiobühne has 150 seats. It is suitable for readings, cabaret, theatre, members' meetings and award ceremonies, among other things. The foyers can serve as reception and break areas, or can be used independently for corporate celebrations, dances, markets and exhibitions.

Four modern meeting rooms complete the offer. They are designed for groups of around 20 to 100 people and can, in some cases, be joined together. This makes them suitable for meetings, professional development and seminars. A local catering partner can be included in the enquiry to provide refreshments in the meeting rooms.

Event organisers can book the spaces and facilities they need by making an enquiry in advance and signing a written rental agreement. To receive a quote, they should provide details of the type and size of the event, the rooms required, set-up and dismantling times, and technical requirements. The meeting rooms are not intended for public cultural events or private family celebrations. The Großer Saal, the Studiobühne and the foyers are available for cultural events of this kind.
