Wisconsin Masonic Center

The Wisconsin Masonic Center is a historic downtown Madison venue offering seven rentable spaces for weddings, business meetings, conferences, banquets, performances, fundraisers and trade shows. Its Art Deco character, terrazzo floors, decorative pillars and grand foyer give events a distinctive setting, while the range of rooms lets organisers choose a space suited to their format and guest numbers.

The Grand Ballroom can host a sit-down dinner for up to 450 guests or a larger cocktail reception. It also has a stage for presentations and entertainment. For larger talks, performances and ceremonies, the Masonic Auditorium offers a proscenium stage and capacity for up to 1,000 people. Smaller options include a conference room for meetings and breakout sessions, a dining room for luncheons, and the John Catlin Room for receptions and informal gatherings. Lodge rooms can also be used for presentations, ceremonies and smaller performances.

Couples can arrange their ceremony, reception and time to get ready in the same building. The venue also welcomes celebrations such as quinceañeras, graduations and holiday parties, as well as seminars, art shows and craft fairs. On-site staff, Wi-Fi, parking and audiovisual equipment are available, and food and beverage arrangements can be made with the venue's catering provision. With accessible spaces and several rooms across multiple floors, organisers can plan a single event or use different rooms for separate parts of a programme. The centre is available to rent without a membership requirement.
