New Hall

New Hall is a hireable venue in Tiverton, owned and managed by Tiverton Town Council. Its adaptable main hall can be set up for different kinds of gatherings, from wedding receptions and celebrations to performances, dances and community or business events. For shows, tiered seating creates an auditorium-style layout. For dining or dancing, the seating can be removed to make room for tables or a dance floor.

The council describes reception layouts for up to 150 guests seated for dining or cabaret, while the dance floor can accommodate around 300 people for dances and discos. The final capacity depends on the chosen layout and event.

A smaller hall, with its own entrance, is also available. It can suit meetings, training sessions and exhibitions, and is licensed for the sale or supply of alcohol. The building is on one level and has accessible toilet facilities. There is no general on-site parking, although guests can be dropped off and nearby public car parks are available.
