Room25

Burgemeester Drijbersingel 25-U, 8021 DA Zwolle, Netherlands

ROOM25 is a small-scale meeting venue in Zwolle, set in a 160 m² industrial loft. The space is suitable for gatherings of around 4 to 22 people and is hired exclusively to one group at a time. This allows teams to meet, train, brainstorm or run a workshop in peace and quiet.

The interior combines a long meeting table with lounge areas, a breakout space and a private kitchen. The layout can be adapted to suit the programme, for example in a boardroom, U-shape, classroom or theatre layout. Between sessions, participants can chat informally or relax in the lounge.

Facilities for presentations and collaboration include Wi-Fi, a 65-inch smart TV, a Sonos sound system, a flip chart and writing materials. There is also a Jura coffee machine. ROOM25 offers packages and catering options, such as coffee and tea, snacks, lunch and meals. This allows organisers to tailor the practical arrangements for the meeting to the duration and requirements of their programme.

The venue is close to the centre of Zwolle and can be reached by car or public transport. There are parking spaces right outside and a car park nearby. The station can be reached by bus. ROOM25 hires out the space by the half-day, day, or day and evening. The combination of a private setting, flexible room layout and on-site meeting facilities makes the loft suitable for business gatherings where an informal atmosphere is desired.
