Black Fox on Welsh

Black Fox on Welsh is a wedding and event venue on the edge of Laramie, Wyoming, offering a countryside setting within easy reach of town. Organisers can choose between an outdoor lawn for ceremonies and activities and two connected indoor rooms for receptions, dinners and other gatherings. The indoor spaces can be arranged to suit the event, including moving a ceremony indoors and turning the Timber Room into a dance floor while guests dine in the Willow Room. The venue can accommodate around 106 to 118 guests for a reception, depending on the layout.

The rental includes tables, chairs and access to an extensive collection of vintage and eclectic furniture and décor. The team helps couples select and style pieces to suit their preferred look, and takes care of setting up and clearing away venue décor. Ceremony arches, table settings, lounge furniture and other decorative details are available, with some upgrades offered at additional cost. The venue also has a suite and a library for getting ready, a bar area, accessible bathrooms and a preparation kitchen with refrigeration, sinks, prep tables and a commercial food warmer. Catering is arranged separately, and organisers may bring a licensed and insured caterer.

Although weddings are a key focus, Black Fox on Welsh also welcomes enquiries for private celebrations and business gatherings. Possible events include birthday and Christmas parties, showers, fundraisers, workshops, conferences, retreats and private dinners. The venue is designed for use throughout the year, with indoor options for changing weather and heating in both main rooms. Tours are arranged by appointment, and organisers can contact the team to discuss dates, layouts and pricing for their event.
