Ripple Space

Ripple Space is a bookable event and meeting venue on the fourth floor of the Hurley Building in downtown Vancouver, Washington. It provides two rooms, River East and River West, which can be hired separately or together for business and nonprofit gatherings. The venue is particularly suited to board meetings, planning retreats, workshops, fundraisers and community events. Its riverfront outlook gives organisers a distinctive setting, while the rooms can be arranged for different kinds of gatherings.

Rentals include furniture set-up and take-down to suit the chosen layout. Available equipment includes conference and banquet tables, chairs, bistro tables, podiums, easels, a whiteboard and Wi-Fi. River East has a projector, screen and video and audio facilities. River West does not include those built-in AV facilities, although organisers can bring their own equipment or enquire about hired AV. A reception area between the two main rooms can be used for registration, refreshments or breakout groups, and includes access to an outdoor balcony.

Organisers can also hire the kitchen for their event and bring in their preferred caterers. The venue allows outside vendors, and licensed bartenders may serve alcohol supplied for an event. The rooms can accommodate gatherings of up to 150 people, depending on the set-up. As stated on its Fall 2026 pricing information, Ripple Space is offering rentals on a limited basis, with no weekend bookings and evening availability limited. Organisers should contact the venue to discuss current availability, room arrangements and the facilities that best suit their plans.
