The Chavannes-sur-Suran community hall is a municipal venue available to hire for events and gatherings in the Nivigne et Suran area. Its stated maximum capacity is 177 people, making it suitable for events with a large group, while allowing the space to be adapted to the needs of each occasion. The hall can be divided into several separate hire spaces, offering greater flexibility for organising activities at different times or adjusting the space to the number of attendees.

This venue may suit organisers looking for a hall for a meeting, a community organisation event, or a private or group event. The municipality publishes hire rates for 2026 and manages bookings. Conditions, availability and hire arrangements should therefore be checked with the town hall before planning an event.

Located in Chavannes-sur-Suran, the hall is a local option for associations, residents and event organisers who want to bring their guests together in a dedicated space. Its capacity and flexible layout allow for different types of events to be considered, subject to confirming with the municipality which options are suitable for the project. When preparing an enquiry, it is helpful to specify the proposed date, the expected number of people and the spaces required. The municipality lists the hall among its facilities available to hire, with a dedicated page showing its capacity and the rates in force for 2026.
