Eventgewölbe

Heumarkt 25, 50667 Köln, Germany

Das Eventgewölbe offers event planners a distinctive venue in a listed vaulted cellar at Heumarkt, in the heart of Cologne's old town. The room is suitable for private celebrations and business events, including birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, Christmas parties and corporate events. Living room concerts, as well as film and photography productions, are also possible.

For celebrations, the venue has a lighting system with extensive controls, a sound system, DJ equipment, microphones and a karaoke system. A fully equipped bar and furniture are also included. The team can provide bar and service staff. Catering from the restaurant on the ground floor can be arranged on request. This means organisers can use the room, depending on the occasion, for a social gathering, music and dancing, or a meal together.

The venue can be hired on any day of the week. Private bookings have flexible time slots, and extensions are possible by arrangement. As well as hourly bookings, longer hire periods are available, for example for film and photography productions. Additional facilities include Wi-Fi and a screen. There is also a lift, a cloakroom and a separate emergency staircase. The website states that there is step-free access for guests with reduced mobility.

Booking enquiries are made via the contact form. Organisers can provide the occasion, date, time slot, number of guests and any catering requirements. The website states a capacity of up to 120 people, with different maximum numbers depending on the seating arrangement. Planners can therefore enquire about a centrally located, characterful space to suit their event format.
