Broussard Farm and Sevenne Hall

Broussard Farm and Sevenne Hall offers event spaces on a working ranch in Beaumont, Texas, bringing together historic character and practical facilities for celebrations and gatherings. The property includes the Broussard House, built in 1857, which provides a distinctive setting for outdoor wedding ceremonies.

At the heart of the venue is Sevenne Hall, a modern dance hall suited to wedding receptions and larger events. It accommodates up to 300 guests and has a stage, sound equipment, lighting and a natural wood dance floor. Tables and chairs are available for use, giving organisers some of the essentials for planning a reception or dinner.

For smaller occasions, the barn hosts gatherings of up to 50 people. It is suitable for wedding rehearsals, corporate meetings, birthdays and bridal showers. The combination of outdoor ceremony space, a larger reception hall and an intimate room means event planners can consider different parts of a celebration in one location.

The farm’s historic home and ranch setting offer a recognisable backdrop for photographs and events, while the hall’s stage and technical features support speeches, music and dancing. Organisers can contact the venue to arrange a tour and discuss availability, event requirements and the spaces that best suit their plans. Broussard Farm is particularly well suited to weddings and private celebrations, while the barn also provides a setting for smaller business gatherings.
