Dorfgemeinschaftshaus Reulbach
- Wasserkuppenstraße 32, 36115 Ehrenberg, Germany
A well-equipped kitchen adjoins the hall. Its facilities include a dishwasher and a cold room. A bar with a draught system can also be used for events. If you need less space, you can enquire about hiring a section of the hall with a bar instead of the full hall. A fire service training room is also listed as a rentable room in the fee schedule. Availability and the most suitable room combination should be arranged directly with the caretaker.
The municipality publishes separate usage fees for private and commercial occasions, as well as for individual rooms and equipment. Higher fees apply to users whose home or club is based outside the municipality. Bookings are made by arranging a date with the caretaker responsible. Event organisers should coordinate seating, decorations and the preparation of the rooms with the facility management. After the event, the rooms used and any kitchen equipment must be cleaned and handed back in accordance with the applicable requirements.
The community centre is in Reulbach and is one of the public community facilities run by the municipality of Ehrenberg. Special allocation rules apply to private family celebrations, so it is advisable to enquire early and provide details of the occasion, date and room required.
