Rent steel road plates event - Brussels
For the cup final of Club Brugge a few years ago, we placed a VIP tent in the garden of a castle domain. This domain was quite swampy and we naturally wanted to protect the lawn as much as possible.
I put the people at Stalenrijplaten.be in contact with the caretaker of the domain and we had a telephone conversation about exactly how we wanted it. Unfortunately I could not be present at this meeting, but this was no problem at all in the communication and everything was thoroughly discussed by telephone. After their site visit I received a map with how they were going to lay the road plates. This way we could, if necessary, still adjust if necessary.
Everything was delivered and picked up at the agreed times. The tent builder, suppliers (furniture, catering, etc.) were able to use this road and afterwards there was no damage to the site. An extremely satisfied customer!
