Ernest Warther Museum & Gardens

Ernest Warther Museum & Gardens offers event organisers a distinctive setting in Dover, Ohio, for weddings, receptions, corporate functions, fundraisers and private celebrations. The property combines an indoor event centre with garden and arboretum spaces, giving organisers options for gatherings of different sizes and styles.

The event centre can accommodate up to 200 guests, while outdoor areas can host gatherings of up to 450. Smaller events are also catered for, with indoor arrangements available for groups of fewer than 40. The setting provides a memorable backdrop, surrounded by the museum grounds and the family history associated with Ernest and Frieda Warther. Couples can enquire about ceremony and reception packages, while other organisers can ask about options for their occasion and preferred date.

Depending on the package, organisers may be able to arrange guided museum tours or catering assistance as part of the experience. The venue is suited to celebrations and business occasions where guests can enjoy both the event space and the distinctive surroundings. Availability is by reservation, and bookings are subject to the venue's schedule. Event planners can contact the team to discuss guest numbers, indoor or outdoor arrangements, package options and whether a museum tour would suit their programme. The museum and gardens are located on Karl Avenue, with access from Interstate 77 and nearby state routes.
