Kleverhaus e.V. Steinmauern
- Spichstraße 5, 76479 Steinmauern, Germany
KleverHaus e.V. is a community centre in a half-timbered house in Steinmauern, which also rents out its rooms to external event planners and private hosts. The house is suitable for smaller celebrations, social gatherings and seminars. Depending on the occasion, the entire building or individual rooms can be used.
On the ground floor, there is a welcoming dining room for groups of up to around twelve people. For larger groups, there is an open room on the first floor, which is suitable for seminars, talks and celebrations with approximately 35 to 40 guests. A well-equipped kitchen makes it possible to cook together and supports events centred around food and spending time together.
The outdoor area includes a garden, a terrace and an extensive meadow. These provide additional opportunities to invite guests outside or, when the weather is suitable, to extend the celebration outdoors. The rooms and outdoor spaces provide a personal setting for smaller events without trying to be a large conference centre.
Alongside renting out its premises, the non-profit association runs its own programme of cultural, creative and culinary activities. This focus shapes the atmosphere of the house and makes it a suitable venue for event planners looking for a distinctive location in the region. Rental enquiries and arrangements are handled directly with KleverHaus. Anyone interested can ask about availability and suitable rooms for their occasion.
