The Bradford House and Gardens

The Bradford House and Gardens is a private event venue in Flowery Branch, Georgia, set on seven acres near Lake Lanier. Its grounds offer several settings for ceremonies and photographs, including garden areas, a wooded location and outdoor spaces around the house. Couples can also choose to hold their ceremony indoors in the house or in the climate-controlled pavilion, which provides a covered option if the weather changes.

The venue is designed primarily for weddings, with space for celebrations of up to around 150 guests. The house and grounds can be used throughout the day, and the property includes separate preparation suites for the wedding party. Tables, chairs, linens, decorative features and a wedding-day director are among the elements available through its wedding arrangements. Couples can select a package that suits their plans, from a more flexible option to a broader package that brings together services such as food, drinks, flowers, photography, music and cake.

Food is prepared by an on-site chef, and venue bookings include catering and staffing rather than room hire alone. The property also welcomes other gatherings, including rehearsal dinners, showers, birthday celebrations and corporate events. For some occasions, the team can provide catering away from the venue, with menus and service options tailored to the event. Tours are arranged by appointment, allowing organisers and couples to explore the spaces and discuss the available arrangements before booking.
