Dorfgemeinschaftshaus Wenighösbach is a public facility run by the Markt Hösbach and provides local clubs, groups and event organisers with rooms for cultural, social and community occasions. These include meetings, exhibitions, rehearsals, practice sessions and committee meetings. People and groups from outside the area may also apply to use the venue, subject to approval by the Markt Hösbach.

The building has several rooms across three floors. The first floor contains rooms 1 to 3, as well as a kitchen and a chair storage room. The two multifunction rooms can be used together for events with up to 200 people. Further rooms are on the ground floor and in the basement. The areas available for use also include the foyer, corridors, ancillary rooms, existing furnishings and the outdoor areas. The options available depend on room availability and the applicable seating layouts.

Private celebrations may be permitted on a case-by-case basis. Under the usage regulations, use for exclusively commercial purposes is not envisaged. Requests for dates outside the regular booking schedules must be submitted in writing to the Markt Hösbach, usually at least four weeks before the event. For event planners, the venue is therefore primarily a municipal option for community gatherings that are not commercially oriented. The Markt Hösbach decides on bookings, conditions and usage fees. Those interested should check availability and suitable rooms directly with the municipality.
