Espace Clacquesin

18 Avenue du Maréchal Leclerc, 92240 Malakoff, France

In Malakoff, near Paris, Espace Clacquesin offers event organisers a venue in a former distillery listed as a historic monument. The stills, outdoor chimney and preserved industrial features give receptions character, while providing a flexible setting for professional and private events.
The venue has several rooms with different sizes and atmospheres. Its large 685 m² hall can be set up for a conference, dinner or cocktail reception, with a stated capacity of up to 1,000 people for a conference or cocktail reception and 700 people for a dinner. Other spaces, such as the salle des cuves, the salle des alambics, the museum and the outdoor courtyard, allow organisers to create different formats or divide the key moments of a single event between spaces. Smaller rooms can also be used for meetings, workshops or preparation areas.
Espace Clacquesin hosts conferences, trade fairs, receptions, fashion shows, filming and product launches, among other events. The spaces can be adapted to different event designs. The venue provides furniture, a cloakroom, an event manager, substantial electrical capacity and a catering area. A list of recommended caterers is available, while security and cleaning are arrangements to be made. Parking is available on site, and several forms of public transport serve the surrounding area. Organisers can request a quote and consult the plans and layouts to prepare their event according to the number of guests and the format planned.
