Karnevalsgesellschaft Fidelio 1893 in Elsdorf e.V.

Gladbacher Straße 100, 50189 Elsdorf, Germany

Festhalle Elsdorf is a versatile event venue for private and business occasions. Event planners can host parties, conferences, trade fairs, concerts, theatre performances and weddings across around 700 square metres. Depending on the format, the hall can accommodate up to 600 people for standing events, up to 500 guests in theatre-style seating or up to 450 people at tables and chairs.

For events with a stage programme, there is a large main stage and a rear stage. The technical equipment includes a permanently installed sound system, microphones, a mixing desk, and stage and hall lighting. A screen and an HD projector are available for presentations, and the projector can also be hired on request. Stage units, a lectern and various power connections complete the facilities. An internet connection can be provided by arrangement.

Practical requirements are also taken into account: there is a large cloakroom in the reception area, the hall is accessible for people with reduced mobility and has an accessible toilet. Bars with refrigeration and dispensing systems, as well as a catering kitchen, provide the basics for serving food and drink. There is public parking for around 250 vehicles right next to the building, with further free parking spaces a few minutes' walk away.

Festhalle is located in Elsdorf and can be reached via the A4, A44 and A61 motorways. Event planners can contact the Festhalle's manager directly to check availability and request a tailored quote.
