Seventh/Place

Seventh/Place is an event venue in Los Angeles' Arts District, offering organisers an adaptable indoor and outdoor setting for weddings, corporate events and private celebrations. The venue occupies a restored warehouse, where exposed brick, timber beams, high ceilings and polished concrete give the main hall an industrial character while leaving room for organisers to shape the look of their event.

The indoor hall covers around 5,000 square feet and connects through a glass garage door to a 2,000-square-foot patio. This layout allows events to use the two areas together, for example, holding a ceremony or reception outdoors and moving inside for dinner or dancing. The venue lists capacity for up to 270 seated guests or 400 standing guests, subject to the event layout.

Organisers can hire the space for weddings and micro-weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, bar and bat mitzvahs, corporate gatherings, conferences, workshops, fundraisers, pop-ups, marketing activations, film and photography shoots, and other productions. The rental package includes venue access, an on-site manager, post-event clean-up, tables and chairs, a bar, lighting, selected lounge furniture, Wi-Fi and heating and cooling. Setup and breakdown of the venue's tables and chairs are also included.

The venue does not have a commercial kitchen, so organisers can work with caterers who prepare food off-site or set up outside, and food trucks are permitted. An in-house bar service and valet parking can be arranged. Seventh/Place invites prospective clients to book a tour and discuss their plans with an event director, helping them assess the space and its included facilities before choosing a date.
