Eaton House Studio offers The Pink House, an exclusive-use venue in Tiptree, Essex, for private celebrations, group stays and selected creative productions. Its characterful interiors, themed bedrooms and garden spaces give organisers a distinctive setting for occasions that benefit from having everything in one place.

The house is particularly suited to hen weekends, milestone birthdays, baby showers, wedding celebrations and gatherings with friends or family. Seven bedrooms, a snug and two garden caravans provide overnight accommodation for up to 21 guests. For daytime celebrations, the maximum group size is normally 25, including up to four additional day guests. Larger weddings and other events may be considered by arrangement.

The Celebration Room is a dedicated space for dining, gathering and dancing, with seating for up to 25 guests for a meal. Guests can also make use of social areas including a bar, lounge, kitchen and garden. The venue can help arrange catering, entertainment and personalised decorative touches through its selected partners, while self-catering is also permitted under the house guidelines. The Pink House is also offered for location hire for photography, filming, fashion work, music videos and brand productions.
