De Vergadergarage is a characterful meeting venue in the old centre of Leidschendam. The space, measuring around 300 m², has an informal feel, with striking vehicles and atmospheric objects forming part of the interior. This makes it a suitable venue for organisations looking to meet somewhere other than a traditional meeting room.

The space is available to hire for meetings, workshops, training sessions and photo shoots. It can accommodate groups of up to 16 people, with larger groups possible by arrangement. The layout offers several options for sitting together or working in smaller groups. For a sporty addition to a gathering, a GYMBOXX with a personal trainer is available to hire. Yoga can also be arranged as an extra activity during a team day.

A 70-inch TV with connections, Wi-Fi and a flip chart with paper and markers are available for presentations and working together. The coffee corner offers coffee, tea and water. On request, snacks can be provided with coffee or drinks, as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner made with fresh produce. The venue can be booked for a half-day, a full day or an evening. Organisers can let the team know in advance which facilities or extras they need, so the gathering can be prepared to suit them. De Vergadergarage therefore offers a distinctive setting for business meetings and creative sessions in Leidschendam.
