Iron23

Iron23 is a large, flexible event venue in Manhattan's Flatiron District, available to event planners seeking a distinctive setting for brand experiences, trade shows, pop-ups, product launches, fashion shows, exhibitions, meetings and corporate parties. Its street-level location gives organisers a substantial blank canvas to shape around the needs of their event, whether that means creating an exhibition layout, welcoming guests to a launch or accommodating vehicles as part of a display.

The venue offers approximately 17,000 square feet, including a main hall of around 10,000 square feet, with ceilings reaching 17 feet. A VIP loft overlooks the main floor, while prominent street frontage provides space for event branding and visibility. The venue also has a prep kitchen, multiple restroom areas, heating and air conditioning throughout, accessible ground-level access and a rigging grid. Organisers can make use of the space's power infrastructure and vehicle access when planning builds, installations and production requirements.

Iron23 can be considered for filming and set-building projects as well as live events. The venue information includes floor plans and a virtual tour to help with early planning, and the team invites prospective clients to arrange a site visit. UnderIron23, a separate additional space directly below the main venue, may also be available to rent for projects that need extra room. Located at 29 West 23rd Street, Iron23 offers a central New York setting with nearby public transport and additional entrances on 24th Street.
