Barry Expo Center

Barry Expo Center is a year-round, multi-purpose venue in Hastings, Michigan, offering event organisers a choice of indoor and outdoor spaces for gatherings of different sizes. Its facilities include two accessible banquet halls, each with capacity for up to 350 guests, plus a licensed commercial kitchen, lobby areas and restrooms. The halls can suit wedding receptions, private celebrations, meetings, conventions and other organised events.

Beyond the banquet spaces, the 160-acre fairgrounds include six barns, three outdoor arenas, a half-mile race track and a 260-site campground with water and electric hook-ups. These facilities make the site suitable for larger gatherings, agricultural and sporting events, exhibitions and community programmes. There is also extensive on-site parking, with space for more than 4,000 cars.

Organisers can discuss additional arrangements such as audio-visual equipment, temporary electrical requirements, campground reservations and in-house services. The venue is operated by the Barry County Agricultural Society, and its facilities are available throughout the year for both public and private events. The annual Barry County Fair is also held at the grounds, but the centre's rental offering extends well beyond the fair itself.

Located between Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo, the venue gives planners access to a broad fairground setting while remaining within driving distance of hotels, restaurants and other visitor amenities. Event organisers can contact the centre to discuss the right spaces and practical arrangements for their occasion.
