Your Private Bar

Your Private Bar offers a private event space in West Des Moines for organisers planning celebrations, wedding-related gatherings, meetings and corporate events. The room can host up to 90 guests and may be hired with or without bar service, giving organisers flexibility over how they build their event. Its adaptable layout can be arranged for different occasions, from a relaxed reception to a meeting with breakout sessions.

The venue includes lounge seating, tables, bar stools and folding chairs, which can be configured to suit the event. Organisers also have access to audiovisual connections, a large projector screen and three flat-screen televisions, making the space suitable for presentations, training and get-togethers that combine business with a social hour. Guests can use the shared car park, and organisers are welcome to decorate the room within the venue's guidelines.

Bar service is available at the venue and at events held elsewhere. The team can provide professional bartenders and help organisers choose a service style, such as a cash bar, hosted drinks or an open bar. Custom cocktails and mocktails can be planned for the occasion, with options for the organiser to select which equipment and supplies to provide. The business also advises organisers on practical bar arrangements and relevant licensing requirements.

Food is flexible at the venue: organisers may bring their own food or engage an outside caterer. This combination of a bookable private space, adaptable furnishings, presentation facilities and optional bar service makes Your Private Bar a useful choice for private celebrations and business events in the Des Moines area.
