Dok Noord 7/107, 9000 Gent, Belgium

Doxtudio offers four versatile studios for hire at Dok Noord in Ghent for organisers looking for a suitable space for a meeting or event. The rooms can be used for meetings, training courses, workshops, talks, exhibitions, cultural activities and team-building events, among other things. Receptions, baby showers and other events can also be held there.

The four spaces vary in size and facilities. Studio 1 is 120 m² and has a sound system. Studio 2 measures 190 m² and can be expanded to 276 m² using a sliding partition. This studio can also be equipped with an extra bar, party lighting and curtains. Studio 3 is 86 m² and has a sound system, curtains and party lighting. Studio 4 is 71 m² and has a sound system and curtains. This allows organisers to choose a space that suits the size and purpose of their gathering.

The studios can be hired by the hour for training sessions, lessons and workshops. Meetings and team-building events can be booked by the half-day. Prices for events are available on request. Those looking for more support can enquire about help with setting up the event and creating a tailored programme, possibly with catering. Doxtudio therefore offers both room hire and extra support with planning.

The venue is on the first floor of Dok Noord and is accessible to organisers and guests. There is plenty of parking nearby. Reservations can be made through the online booking system. Doxtudio is therefore a flexible venue in Ghent for business meetings, group activities and a wide range of festive or cultural occasions.
