Where identity, family and flavour come together

My kitchen is my identity.

Every creation, every plate and every experience tells you who I am: a chef who cooks with passion, feeling and an eye for detail - not for show, but for the moment when everything at the table comes together.

Behind my work is my greatest strength: my family.

My wife and two children give me the energy, warmth and motivation every day that I lovingly translate into the dishes on the table.

I often sing or hum softly along while I cook.

Cooking brings calm, enjoyment and creativity - and you can taste that energy in every dish, in the harmony of the flavours and in the relaxed atmosphere I create.

I work with honest, seasonal produce and pure flavours.

No unnecessary frills - just finesse, elegance and a deep love of the craft.

Whether it’s an intimate dinner, a family celebration or a professional event:

every detail is tailored to the wishes, the guests and the moment.

Guests describe me as warm, approachable and professional - someone who instinctively senses what an occasion needs.

I don’t just cook for my guests, but with them, fully attuned to the atmosphere, flavour and experience.

From private dining in people’s homes to exclusive culinary experiences in holiday accommodation in Belgium and the Netherlands:

I come to you with one goal - to create an evening that stays with you.

In flavour. In atmosphere. In memory.
