Halecrest Park Swim and Tennis Club

Halecrest Park is a private swim and tennis club in Costa Mesa that also rents its indoor and outdoor spaces to the public for events. Its settings suit wedding ceremonies and receptions, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, quinceañeras, family gatherings, company picnics and business meetings. Spaces are available for groups of different sizes, with capacities ranging up to 150 guests.

For indoor celebrations, the Mesa Room accommodates up to 150 guests and includes a bar, a commercial kitchen and access to an outdoor patio. The Social Room offers a more intimate setting for up to 65 people, with tables, chairs and setup time included in the rental. It can be paired with nearby garden areas for an additional fee. For smaller gatherings, the Back Club House holds up to 40 guests and has a full kitchen, with access to the surrounding park and playground.

Outdoor options include picnic grounds for up to 150 guests, with picnic tables, barbecues, a fire pit and access to a clubhouse kitchen. Guests can also use recreational features such as a playground, volleyball, horseshoes and half-court basketball. The grounds include a wedding gazebo for ceremonies of up to 150 people, with flexible seating arrangements.

Organisers may bring a caterer of their choice or arrange their own food. The different spaces give planners options for relaxed outdoor get-togethers, private celebrations and wedding events. Halecrest Park invites organisers to enquire about availability and discuss the space that best suits their plans.
