In the heart of Gaillard, Espace Louis Simon is a municipal venue dedicated to cultural and sporting life. Its main asset for event organisers is a 1,100 m² multi-purpose hall that can be configured to suit the event format. It hosts performances, concerts and various cultural events, with a stated capacity of 520 to 850 spectators depending on the layout.
The venue also has smaller rooms. The Jean-François Vuichard lounge, located on the first floor, is suitable for meetings and concerts in a more intimate setting. The Duvanel room, on the ground floor, adds to these spaces. This variety makes it possible to consider different formats, from a meeting or conference to a performance for a large audience.
Espace Louis Simon hosts a municipal cultural programme that includes theatre, music, family shows and conferences. Organising teams can therefore enquire with the Ville de Gaillard about spaces suited to their project and the terms for making them available. Booking arrangements, available technical equipment and related services should be confirmed directly with the municipality.
With its configurable spaces and several rooms for different uses, the venue is an option to consider when planning a cultural event or meeting in Gaillard, in Haute-Savoie. Its regular programme of shows and concerts contributes to its identity as a venue dedicated to events and performances.
