Simpson Events Center

Simpson Events Center is a bookable venue in Monroe, North Carolina, offering indoor and covered space for organisers planning a range of events. Its facilities bring together a 120 by 200-foot covered arena and an adjoining 75 by 100-foot, climate-controlled Expo Hall with a concrete floor. The combination suits agricultural and livestock shows, exhibitions, demonstrations, community gatherings and other events that benefit from both an arena and an enclosed hall.

The Expo Hall has built-in sound, ceiling-mounted projectors, wall monitors and drop-down screens, as well as Wi-Fi. Roll-up windows provide views into the arena, and the hall includes a ticket counter and concession stand. Tables and chairs are available for use in the hall, while the arena has covered aluminium bleachers, LED lighting, sound equipment and large industrial fans. A covered livestock wash bay with hot and cold water is positioned beside the arena, making the site particularly practical for livestock-related events.

Organisers can enquire about dates and discuss their event requirements with the venue team. The recommended attendance capacity depends on the chosen room layout, so planners should confirm suitable numbers when making an enquiry. The centre is part of Union County's Agricultural and Event Complex, with a separate conference centre elsewhere in the wider complex. Simpson Events Center is at 307 Cultivation Circle, near Monroe, and offers a distinctive setting for events that need spacious, functional facilities rather than a conventional banquet room.
