The Ice House Event Venue

The Ice House Event Venue is a historic downtown Seymour setting available to book for weddings and other special occasions. Its characterful interiors offer a distinctive backdrop for celebrations, while the choice of indoor and outdoor areas gives organisers room to shape the day around their plans and guest list.

The venue includes a bridal suite for getting ready and a separate gentleman's lounge, giving wedding parties places to prepare and spend time before the event. For food service, organisers can work with a caterer of their choice and use the venue's large kitchen. This arrangement gives planners flexibility over the catering team and menu rather than tying them to a single in-house provider.

Outside, a courtyard and patio provide extra space for guests to gather, with a large covered area and an outdoor bar. Indoors, the venue offers tables and chairs, including handmade farmhouse tables and vintage chairs, as well as additional antique tables. China, glassware, silverware and serving platters are also available for use, helping organisers plan the table setting alongside the rest of the event.

The Ice House can suit both smaller gatherings and larger celebrations, with a mix of practical facilities and period character. Event planners can arrange a private tour to see the spaces, discuss availability and request pricing. For couples planning a wedding, the bridal suite, outdoor courtyard and choice of caterer provide useful options for coordinating preparations, dining and time with guests at one location.
