The Henri Queffélec hall is a municipal venue available to hire in Riantec, in the Morbihan department. The municipality makes its rooms available to individuals, associations and businesses looking to organise a meeting, banquet, celebration or other gathering. Booking conditions and prices vary depending on the applicant's profile and intended use. Individuals can book the entire hall or the large hall, while associations and organisations should enquire about the arrangements that apply to their activities.
This venue is suited to organisers looking for a space for a private or group gathering, whether it is a meal, celebration or meeting. The option to book different configurations offers some flexibility to suit the format of the event. The municipality also offers crockery for hire and a sound system on loan, subject to the applicable arrangements. These facilities can make it easier to prepare the reception, but do not replace the specialist services that organisers may choose to obtain from external suppliers.
Bookings for rooms and equipment are handled by the municipal services at the Espace culturel de Kerdurand. It is advisable to make arrangements at least one month before the planned date. This gives organisers time to check availability, the conditions for use and which equipment is suitable for their event. Located in Riantec, the hall is a local option for residents, associations and businesses looking for a venue to bring their guests together.
