Ovation Square

Ovation Square is a multi-level event venue in downtown Long Beach, set inside a historic building dating from 1923. Its adaptable spaces are available for weddings and receptions, corporate functions, conferences, concerts, fundraising galas, birthday celebrations, cultural events, filming and photo shoots. The venue can accommodate gatherings ranging from around 50 people to productions with more than 1,000 guests, depending on the configuration.

The main floor provides an open, flexible setting for dinners, receptions and larger productions. Organisers can add the mezzanine for extra capacity or use it for dining, lounge arrangements and theatre-style seating. The Box Lounge offers a more private area for VIP guests, artists or separate activities, while the underground Vault can be booked as an additional space for cocktail hours, backstage use or an after-party. These distinct areas allow planners to shape the venue around different parts of an event.

Production facilities include a stage, sound system, LED screens and concert lighting. The venue also lists furniture, internet access, a green room, lift access and restrooms among its facilities. Ovation Square has an event team to assist with planning, and a representative is available during events, including load-in and load-out. Organisers may bring their own vendors, subject to the venue's requirements, and can ask for a preferred vendor list. The downtown location is close to public transport, nearby parking facilities, restaurants and shops, making it a practical option for guest events in Long Beach.
