Icetank

Icetank is a flexible event venue in Covent Garden, central London, available for exclusive hire. Its contemporary, light-filled space is arranged across two floors, giving event planners options for both compact gatherings and larger receptions. The open-plan layout can be adapted for conferences, meetings, product launches, press events, exhibitions, private dining, parties and film or photography shoots.

The venue can accommodate up to 120 people standing across both floors. Depending on the layout, the ground floor can be set for theatre-style presentations, seated dining, boardroom meetings or cabaret, while the lower-ground floor provides additional space. Large windows bring in natural light, and blackout blinds allow the lighting to be controlled when needed. An infinity cove, display areas and flexible branding options make the space suitable for launches, presentations and showcases.

Event facilities include air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, an in-house PA system, AV equipment and a large screen. Furniture, projectors, lighting and technical support can also be arranged. The ground floor has a demonstration kitchen, with a fully equipped catering kitchen downstairs, supporting food demonstrations and dining events. Organisers can enquire about catering, photography, videography and other services, or work with their own suppliers.

Located on Grape Street, Icetank is within walking distance of Covent Garden, Holborn and Tottenham Court Road stations. The venue offers hire throughout the week, with access times and event arrangements agreed with its team. Its adaptable rooms, practical production facilities and central location make it a useful option for organisers seeking a distinctive London setting that can be tailored to their event.
