Hialeah Park Casino

Hialeah Park Casino offers a varied collection of indoor and outdoor spaces for event planners in Hialeah. The venue can accommodate occasions ranging from intimate receptions to large gatherings, with rooms and open-air areas suited to different guest numbers and event formats.

For weddings, galas and banquets, the Ballroom brings together two connected rooms, allowing organisers to plan a reception that can move from welcome drinks to dining and dancing. Smaller functions can be held in the Turf Club or the Director's Room, while the Fountain Terrace provides an outdoor setting. The Clubhouse's first-floor space is designed for larger receptions, with capacity for up to 1,000 guests, and the Paddock offers an expansive open-air location for events such as concerts, festivals and community gatherings.

Corporate organisers can consider the Champions Event Space, which is equipped with high-definition screens and can be arranged in reception, banquet, theatre or classroom layouts. Its listed capacities include up to 700 guests for a reception and 500 in theatre style, making it suitable for meetings and larger business events.

The venue also presents plated and buffet package options, with different package levels available for organisers to explore. This gives planners a starting point when considering event format and catering arrangements. Across the property, the range of room styles, capacities and indoor and outdoor settings allows organisers to assess options for weddings, anniversaries, corporate functions and other celebrations in one location. Event planners can contact the events team to discuss their occasion and make an enquiry.
